1st Day of Reporting in UBS

Today is the first day of reporting to the new enviroment.

    

Starting from 9a-6p, Couple of things would like to highlight which the security is highly stringent. Password which combination of caps letter, number and also with exceed of 7 characters, and I would say I quite feel uncomfortable with it as a new start. Understood the security issue is the main core in IB also having the same tools that I was using in previous company. The big familiarity is Remedy Client and MindAlign chat. Considering some other tools like GRS (Global Request System), the Service Request Portal for every user to log a request, which similarity in GSP (Global Service Provision) in Barcap. Some other common words such as GSD Incident Report which something related to Major Incident Handling, they called it MIH back to barcap.

From tomorrow onwards, will be my 1st day on LIVE shift starting from 7a-3p. Hope can cope as much as possible so that I could start my daily operations as usual and see what I can apply what I did in the previous.

    Bro, my work still remaint the graveyard shift. Still need to note owl for dunno how many years…
