ITIL training for GTA IA

No joke, it is ITIL training today and it finished approximately 6pm. We started at 900am, finally we gone through the intensive training.

Today, suppose promised a colleague of mine to have breakfast with him, but end up i woke up late. I think the sleeping pills really effective, I don’t even know I was actually off my alarm and got back to sleep again, my gosh…

Another colleague of mine fetching me to office, and we reach about 830am. The training get started withourt wasting any time, cause initally we all afraid of too many chapters needed to be covered. My manager really put a lot of effort on this, he giving many examples to explain and elaborate all those kind of scenarios and how actually apply in our daily functionality and impact to business environment and enchance the best practises for the process model. All GTA IA will be ITIL certified, hopefully we are able to achieve this goal.
